Earthbender

My headcannon says Jesse would be an Earth bender. : p

There was a Q&A a while back where Jesse said he'd be some sort of bender or the avatar, and there was "talk" on tumblr as to what he would be. I'm betting Earth as it fits his personality. And dirt hearts, because why not.
